Areas of Expertise

With over 10 years of experience as a qualified therapist, I have had the privilege of working in a wide range of settings from a local hospice and schools in primary and secondary education to substance and alcohol misuse services and housing projects for disadvantaged adolescents in mental health support. I have also supervised honorary counsellors in secondary education. In my private practice, I’ve worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each bringing their own unique experiences, identities, and challenges. Here, I have offered neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and multicultural therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

I have lived experience of both autism and ADHD (AuDHD), and I come from a multicultural background. These aspects of my identity deeply shape my approach to therapy, guiding my understanding of healing, connection, and the complexities of identity.

I specialise in working with neurodivergent individuals, those recovering from complex and developmental trauma, people navigating life between cultural identities, and individuals living with mental health and chronic health challenges. Many of those I work with have spent years feeling misunderstood by systems, professionals, and sometimes even their own families. I offer a non-judgemental therapeutic space where you don’t have to justify, explain, or mask your experiences.

My work is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and rooted in cultural humility. I meet you where you are, and we move at your pace, with no pressure to fit into societal moulds. In my therapy space, you are free to be complex, whole, and unapologetically yourself. I offer a high level of humility in my practice, recognising that you are the expert in your own life. I am here to support you in trusting your inner voice and intuition, recognising your inner wisdom.

In our sessions, I offer a variety of services, including counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, mentoring, and Reiki healing. Each practice is tailored to support your mind, body, and soul, empowering you on your unique journey of self-discovery and healing. Whether you seek emotional healing, personal insight, or holistic balance, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to help navigate life’s challenges.

I understand what it means to live in survival mode and how those deeply rooted coping mechanisms can shape your relationships, habits, and patterns. I’ve been there myself. That’s why I meet every part of you, including your survival strategies, with compassion and respect.

You don’t need to shrink yourself to fit into someone else’s definition of “normal.” You are allowed to be complex. You are allowed to be whole. You are allowed to be you.

My role isn’t to fix you it’s to offer a safe, non-judgemental, supportive space where you can reconnect with your true self, feel genuinely seen and heard, and begin the process of healing.
